Who we are

Cravit LLC (“Cravit,” “we,” “us”) is an Idaho, USA company that operates cravitapp.com (the “Site”), the website for the CRAVIT mobile app, which is currently in development. This policy covers only the Site. The CRAVIT mobile app will have its own privacy policy, published separately when the app launches.

What we collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect only what you submit through the waitlist form:

  • Your email address (required)
  • Your name (optional)
  • Your role — food lover, restaurant, or creator (required, so we can tailor updates)
  • Your city (optional)

We do not use analytics tools, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies on this Site, and we do not collect any information beyond what you submit through the waitlist form.

How we use it

We use your waitlist information only to:

  • Notify you when CRAVIT launches
  • Share early-access details relevant to your selected role
  • Occasionally ask for feedback as we build

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

How it’s stored

Your waitlist submission is stored in a database hosted by Supabase, and the Site itself is hosted by Vercel. Both are service providers we use to operate the Site — they process data on our behalf and do not use it for their own purposes.

Data retention

We keep waitlist information until CRAVIT launches and for a reasonable period afterward, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask us to access or delete your waitlist data at any time by emailing hello@cravitapp.com. We’ll respond as quickly as we can.

Children’s privacy

This Site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 (or under 16 where applicable local law requires a higher age). If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Site changes. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above when we do.
